Terms

The deal, in plain words.

This site is run by Pursuit Labs, LLC, a Florida company. By using it you agree to what follows. If anything here is unclear, email hello@thevadisabilityhack.com before you buy.

What this is

Education and research. We explain how the VA rates conditions, how secondary and presumptive conditions work, what the Board of Veterans' Appeals has decided in published cases, and how to put a claim together. What we show you is built from what you tell us you have.

What this is not

What you buy

The playbook is a written document. It is built from the conditions, situation, service history, and evidence you select on this site. The price is $49.99, one time. It is delivered to your account. Software checks every chapter against the regulations and the Board decisions it cites, and rewrites any chapter that does not match, before the playbook is released. We email you a link when it goes out, usually in 5 to 15 minutes. The playbook is written once, from the Claim Map on your account when we start writing. We start right after you pay, or as soon as you save a Claim Map if you have not saved one yet. Check it before you buy. It is for your personal use.

No refunds

The playbook is a digital product written for you after you pay and delivered to your account, so all sales are final and there are no refunds. Please read what it includes and what it is not before you pay. If it does not arrive, email us and we will make it right.

Accuracy

Rating criteria and regulations come from the Code of Federal Regulations, as published in the eCFR. Board decisions are quoted from the VA's own public files. But rules change, and we can make mistakes. Check anything you rely on against the source we link, and tell us if you find an error.

Be honest

This site teaches you to claim what is real and to document it well. Do not use it to exaggerate or fabricate a claim. That harms you, and it harms every veteran behind you.
